AEW signee Satnam Singh wishes to wrestle with Big Show- Eastnews

Satnam Singh, a new AEW signee, has stated that he is looking forward to getting inside with the experienced performer Paul Wight within the squared circle.

However, he was an NBA player before joining the non-recreational wrestling satellite.

He was the conventional Indian to be drafted to an NBA team before the Dallas Mavericks selected him arsenic the 52nd overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft.

But, with his NBA career coming to an end, Satnam decided to pursue a career in non-recreational wrestling.

All Elite Wrestling (AEW), has been generating hype for the past two years and has become a legitimate rival for Vince McMahon’s World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), snatched the opportunity to sign Satnam to a contract last month.

Despite his lack of wrestling experience, the 7ft 2 successful giant will have the opportunity to compete among veterans such as QT Marshall, Dustin Rhodes, and Cody Rhodes at the Nightmare Factory.

Red Velvet, Jade Cargill, “Big Shotty” Lee Johnson, and Anthony Ogogo are some of the few AEW stars who have come out of the Nightmare Factory.

Because of AEW’s fast rise, it has become the go-to place for seasoned performers to represent the business, with the likes of CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Adam Cole, and Ruby Soho arriving in recent months.

However, Satnam’s gaze is drawn to a different elephantine – Paul Wight, once known as The Big Show, a popular WWE wrestler.
