According to police, at least three people were killed in a shooting incident at Delhi’s Rohini court on Friday, including gangster Jitendra Gogi. When the assailants fired at Gogi, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Rohini) Pranav Tayal said the assailants were wearing an advocate’s uniform. According to the DCP, the police team returned fire.
The Delhi Police have confirmed that notorious gangster Jitender Mann ‘Gogi’, who was shot by assailants at Delhi’s Rohini court, has died. In the courtroom, it is estimated that 35-40 rounds were fired.
Rohini Court vice president Shilpesh Chaudhary told Times Now, “It’s a major security blunder. I was working at the bar’s front desk. We were awakened by the sound of gunshots. We went to that location. The two defendants arrived dressed as lawyers. They were taken out by the police.”
